At Northwest Dental Center, we work with most major dental insurance plans in San Antonio. Because every plan is different, it’s important for each patient to review the details of their own coverage—such as deductibles, co-pays, and yearly limits—so you know exactly what your plan provides.
Our team can assist with a complementary benefits check before your visit. This allows us to give you an estimate of what your out-of-pocket costs might be, so you can plan ahead with confidence. After your appointment, we’ll further assist you by filing claims to your insurance on your behalf.
How it works:
- Provide your insurance information at least 72 hours before your appointment.
- Our staff verifies your plan and reviews your estimated coverage.
- We’ll contact you if we need any additional information or to share your estimated costs.
We encourage every patient to also contact their insurance company directly for the full details of their plan. When you combine your plan knowledge with our verification, you’ll know exactly what to expect—no surprises.
